Drake Music Consultation

Drake Music recently presented the findings of its nationwide consultation into formal music education at the Music Learning Live conference. The consultation was carried out in 2011, and was designed to draw out and highlight the barriers faced by disabled people in England in relation to accessing formal music education.

These findings represent a significant insight into the experiences of  SEN/disabled young people and musicians, and teachers and music educators who shared their views.

Read and download the consultation findings here.
