Emerging Excellence Awards

The Musicians Benevolent Fund are offering emerging artists working in any genre of music, the opportunity to fund an important development opportunity, project or programme of activity that will have a lasting impact on their professional career.

The awards are open to:
– Individual musicians (including composers) and groups in the early stages of their professional career or final stages of advanced musical training
– Those who have a genuine commitment to building a professional career in music
– Those able to demonstrate musical excellence and already be achieving significant impact in their field
– Those able to demonstrate financial need
– Those aged between 18-30
– Those who are British or Irish or have lived in the UK for at least five consecutive years

The deadline for applications is 21 May. More information can be found here
