Havering Sings!

Sound Connections were delighted to be asked by Gary Griffiths, Head of Havering Music Hub to produce and develop a singing conference for teachers. Held at Myplace in Havering, highlights included keynote speeches from internationally renowned vocal leader and conductor Suzi Digby and Janette Ruocco, Vocal and Choral Development Manager for Essex Music Services, performances from Havering school choirs, and inspiring workshops led by Jo McNally, Jenevora Williams and Jane Wheeler. Delegates left feeling energised, motivated and encouraged:

I feel very inspired from the day”

“Invigorated and ready to put things into action”

“The different songs – my repertoire has grown hugely. Teaching methods – rekindled my passion to teach music.”

Talk to us about your INSET, training or conference needs.

“Thank you so much for your hard work in organising and running our vocal conference yesterday. The quality of the speakers that you were able to bring to us was such an important part of the success of the event and I would have struggled to fill the day with people of that calibre without you. Thank you for handling all the administration and making everything run so smoothly. I look forward to working with you on future events.”  –  Gary Griffiths
