As a small charity we rely upon donations from generous individuals, trusts and companies to support our work with children and young people across London.

Innovate Projects 2018/19
Sound Connections invests in new musical approaches for working with children and young people in London
We are delighted to announce the Innovate projects for 2018/19, funded by the National Foundation for Youth Music: a choir for young carers in Brent, a music technology ensemble for young disabled people in Lambeth, early years music making in Children’s Centres in Greenwich and Lewisham, and music making for hearing impaired children under five in Camden. Huge congratulations to Angela Anuforo, Groove School, Greenwich Music School and Maria Vraka for their inspiring and creative proposals, all of which had musical inclusion at the very heart.
Innovate provides mentoring, guidance and support for emerging music leaders and grassroots projects and organisations. Thank you to everyone who applied and we look forward to sharing news about our 2018/19 Innovate projects as they get underway over the coming months.
