Kinetika Bloco: A Musical Journey

Sound Connections have nurtured and supported a diverse range of individuals and organisations over the last ten years. Kinetika Bloco are one of those success stories. In their new film Kinetika Bloco: A Musical Journey, young people talk about their life-changing experiences as part of South London’s leading carnival band.

Produced by Spiked Media, the film meets the young musicians taking part in the Bloco’s recent progression programme, funded by Youth Music, and captures their ‘Dreaming & Wishing’ performance at The Imagine Children’s Festival at Southbank Centre which featured an amazing blend of Disney favourites and Sunn-Ra.
