As a small charity we rely upon donations from generous individuals, trusts and companies to support our work with children and young people across London.

ReWired: National youth voice mapping and research
If you enjoyed reading “Youth Voice: necessity not luxury” in the previous edition of the Sound Connections newsletter and would like to find out more then take a look at ‘ReWired’, our growing bank of youth voice research and resources. ReWired, funded by Youth Music, was a year-long project seeking out the different ways in which youth voice is happening across the country and shining a light on some of the very best practice. The project involved Sound Connections staff and young researchers from Wired4Music working collaboratively.
You’ll find a national map of youth voice, case studies, resources and a film. It’s a growing bank of evidence and resources, so do check back in future! We look forward to sharing updates about an exciting new tool to help you determine how well you are putting youth voice into action and ways in which you can further develop…
If you would like to add your work to the map or find out how we can help you to develop youth voice, please get in touch with jennifer@sound-connections.org.uk
