As a small charity we rely upon donations from generous individuals, trusts and companies to support our work with children and young people across London.

Workforce development survey findings
Thanks to everyone who completed our workforce development survey. We had 68 responses and have learnt amongst other things that cost is the main barrier to training. The most highly rated skills, knowledge and behaviours people need to do their job now include communication skills, pedagogical approaches, music education sector knowledge, empathy, patience and passion.
In the future, people predict technology, innovation, fundraising and bravery as the top aptitudes. 55% access professional development activities every 1-3 months, with the majority preferring the format of a one-day training course. We are using information provided to help inform and shape our workforce development programme from September 2019, so watch this space!
