Work In Music: Special Educational Needs
Work in Music was a three-part careers event hosted by The Institute (www.icmp.co.uk) in partnership with Sound Connections (www.sound-connections.org.uk), funded in part through the MusicLeader London programme.
Focusing on themes of Artist, Industry and Education, participants attended workshops and seminars in which experienced industry professionals and music practitioners shared their insights and tips on diverse musical careers. Musician and Mencap Arts Coordinator Gus Garside talks about his experience of leading music activities for people with special educational needs.
