Apply Now: Mentoring for Music Practitioners Working with Young People 

Are you a musician, teacher, or creative practitioner working with children and young people through music? Sound Connections’ Mentoring Programme offers free, tailored support to help you grow your practice and career between September 2025 and April 2026. 

What’s on offer: 

• Up to 3 hours of 1:1 mentoring with an experienced professional 

• Guidance in areas like EDI, mental health, strategy, anti-racism, and career development 

• A development session to explore your goals and needs 

• Free access to Sound Connections training events and resources 

This flexible programme is open to practitioners across England, especially those in Levelling Up for Culture or Priority Places. 

Whether you’re starting out or mid-career, this is a chance to reflect, connect, and move forward with expert support.
