A guide to community consultation, collaboration and co-design
In our last Music and Social Justice Network meeting we focused on co-design and collaboration with communities. We questioned what these buzzwords actually mean, how we go about making appropriate relationships in these settings, making sure we take the time to establish these relationships, as well as questioning the sort of language we use. We were delighted to have Toby Laurent Belson, a community organiser and professional artist/designer, come in and share some of his experiences with us.
