The Music and Social Justice Network aims to help practitioners understand social justice and bring greater justice and equity to their work.
The Music and Social Justice Network aims to help us understand social justice and bring greater justice and equity to our work with children and young people. It is a space in which we invite people to explore and experiment with new, radical and progressive approaches to social justice. It’s about creating change, questioning the status quo and challenging deep-rooted injustice.
The Music and Social Justice Network is open to anyone who wants to create change and challenge injustice and inequality. It is particularly relevant to anyone working with young people as educators, youth workers, artists, creative practitioners, producers or managers in the education, youth work, arts and charity sectors, but is also open to anyone interested in this work.
Future network events will be announced soon. Sign-up to the Sound Connections newsletter to hear about events when they are announced.
